Dumont

Mike Dumont, much like, Boone Homes, is one of the few builders whose designs are immediately apparent to the eye. Ironically, their name, Dumont Classic Homes, is misleading as DCH builds contemporary plans with contemporary exteriors and interiors.

The Dumont homes tend to be more expensive due to the multiple elevation changes and varied lines on the facades which is the nature of contemporary design.

Dumont typically builds in upper end subdivisions and competes with other custom builders. You will rarely find Dumont in subdivisions with Orleans, StyleCraft or other track or mid-sized builders.
