Eagle Homes is a local builder that has experienced a tremendous amount of success over the past 15 years.

Local ownership backed by solvent investors has allowed Eagle to continue forward during the slow past several years. Founded in the middle 1980’s, Eagle began with smaller houses in Henrico and gradually expanded their footprint to include larger custom homes in all of the suburban areas throughout Richmond.

They are known for building more transitional homes in many Henrico neighborhoods.
