HH Hunt

HH Hunt primarily acts as the building arm for the parent development company. Originally Snyder Hunt, formed in the later 1960’s, Snyder Hunt build apartment complexes in Virginia and the Carolina’s.

The Richmond presence began with the development of Wellsely in Richmond’s West End and was followed by the highly successful Wyndam in Glen Allen. HH Hunt has shown the ability to adapt their building practices to match the product called for in their subdivisions.

Being tied into the development arm means that they typically will have access to a better stock of lots in the preferable areas of any given HH Hunt neighborhood.
