Orleans

Orleans Homebuilders (AMEX: OHB) is one of the larger builders in the Richmond Virginia market.

Originally, Parker-Lancaster, headed by Russ Parker, which was a highly successful local builder, was purchased by Orleans sometime in the early 2000’s. Orleans builds in many markets, not just Richmond. They are known for producing cutting edge transitional plans and for having some of the most memorable models in all of Richmond.

They are also found in many of East West Partners developments.
