Boone Homes

Originally Boone, Boone, Loeb and Petit, Boone Homes is known for building highly styled and neo-traditional plans in some of the upper end PUD subdivisions in Western Henrico and Chesterfield.

They were able to differentiate their look with the use of non-traditional brick selections, transitionally inspired facades and their use of copper accents on the exterior. This look was generally well received and departed from Richmond’s traditional tendencies, without moving all the way to contemporary design.

Recently, Boone has done a wonderful job of capturing the upper end luxury villa market and has targeted the empty nester community.

They are also known for their highly decorated models.
