Stylecraft

Stylecraft (SC) primarily builds in medium to larger subdivision in the suburban market. Founded by Dale Kuhn and now led by Richard Kuhn, SC has worked in many of the most successful subdivisions since 2000. Their initial footprint was the Richmond market but they expanded into Tidewater as well.

They tend to build transitional styled homes with a nice level of finishes. They do a good job of keeping the look of their homes fresh and in line with market expectations.

They are generally perceived as favorable by the Realtor community.
